By purchasing from MOSH Digital Studios, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products Only — All products sold are digital and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Personal Use — Unless stated otherwise, products are for personal or single-business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is not permitted.
3. Instant Delivery — Downloads are delivered automatically after payment confirmation via the email used at checkout.
4. No Refunds — Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered or accessed. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property — All content, templates, and tools sold remain the intellectual property of MOSH Digital Studios.
6. Governing Law — These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
